The game's in-depth simulations of the station's physical systems, departments, and environments, as well as its detailed interactions and storyline, make it a challenging, highly enjoyable experience for any space adventurer. There are several improvements to the game, but most noticeable are the introduction of ghost roles that can be created by administrators. Assistants are the lowest link in the station's power hierarchy, and their job responsibilities are limited. Assistants are not required to carry out the job, and have limited access to maintenance tunnels. They can obtain basic tools from the Tool Storage and serve human burgers. However, newbies should start out playing Assistants for the first few rounds. These jobs are incredibly rewarding and satisfying, especially in the earliest stages of the game.
